Dimensions and Display
These two Nexus devices are made respectively by Korean manufacturers: LG and Samsung. Both phones have similar dimensions and weights. As to the display size, as a matter of fact, is  developing all the time: 3.7 inches for Nexus One, 4.0 inches for Nexus S, 4.65 inches for Galaxy Nexus and now 4.7 inches of Nexus 4. With a larger and wider screen, Nexus 4's resolution is 768 x 1280 pixels.

OS
Compared with other Android based products, Nexus series always use original OS. The Nexus 4 runs newest version of Android --- 4.2 Jelly Bean. And its predecessor, Galaxy Nexus, came up with 4.0 version in early days. After several times of updating, this device runs 4.1 now and probably to run 4.2 in the near future, just like its brother.

Processor
Different Nexus devices may use different processors, such as Qualcomm Snapdragon for Nexus One, Samsung's own Hummingbird for Nexus S and Galaxy Nexus, now it's Qualcomm again for Nexus 4. Comes with a cutting-edge Qualcomm Snapdragon™ S4 processor, the Nexus 4 provides higher reaction speed and better experience of 3D graphics and gameplay for users.

Storage
The Nexus 4 has no methods of storage expansion, same as Galaxy Nexus. Two versions of Nexus 4  accept pre-order now: 8GB and 16GB. For Galaxy Nexus, it starts from 16GB and has a 32GB version. We believe that Nexus 4 would also put a 32GB version in the market.

Camera
Nexus 4's 8.0MP rear camera
The Galaxy Nexus has a 5.0MP rear camera, and it upgrades to a 8.0MP one for the Nexus 4 with stunning 360° panoramas feature. Besides that, both handsets have a 1.3MP front-facing camera for self-snapshot.

Price
You can get a 8GB unlocked Nexus 4 with only $299. Add $50 to get a 16GB one if you think the 8GB one is not enough. For the same storage version (16GB) of Galaxy Nexus, it's priced at $399. I have to say the Nexus 4 is really attractive for me.

There are 6 models of iPad mini in different storage and network functions. The enter-level one with 8GB storage and Wi-Fi is priced at $329. The high-end version with 64GB storage, Wi-Fi and Cellular could reach $659. That is super expensive.

As to the Nexus 7, it's much more cheaper. Currently there are 2 versions of Nexus 7: $199 for 8GB and $249 for 16GB. According to the report from The Verge, Google is going to launch a 32GB version of Nexus 7 on Oct 29. The price list of the Nexus tablets would be adjusted as: $199 for 16GB and $249 for 32GB, the 8GB version may no longer be available. Nexus 7 is more reasonable and budget tablet.
