A French website named Nowhereelse.fr leaked some new pictures of the iPad Mini yesterday. It's said the original source of these pictures are from Chinese site DGlte.com. 

These pictures show a mock-up of an alleged iPad Mini with white case color. The device was held by a hand and taken pictures in different angles. Pictures also compare size of the iPhone, iPad and iPad Mini. We can see that the iPad Mini's dimension is much more smaller than a standard version.
