Android Event on October 29: Ready for New Nexus Devices?

Sounds like after the step of apple,members of press have received invitation from Google. It's said Google will have an Android event in New York city on October 29. 

Rumors are spreading everywhere before the conference. Some reports said Google will announce its new generation Android based smartphones with newest Key Lime Pie OS. As the previous rumor, this Nexus device may be manufactured by LG and probably named LG Nexus 4, a design based on Optimus G. Rumors also said multiple Nexus phones from different manufacturers(HTC, Samsung, Sony?) would be announced at the same time.

See the slogan on the invitation? "The playground is open", the same description as Nexus 7 tablet. A 32GB Nexus 7 tablet is believed to launch on the event, priced at $250, the same as the current 16GB model. BTW, is it possible to release a low-end $99 Nexus 7, just like some other rumors? 

Besides Google, another IT giant, Microsoft, will also hold a news press on their Windows Phone 8 mobile OS on the same day but in San Francisco.
