A new tablet named Xperia Tablet Z was announced in Japan by Sony last week. As what people expect, this device has the same design as Sony's upcoming Android flagship -- Xperia Z smartphone.

The Sony Xperia Tablet Z is incredibly 6.9 mm in thickness and 495 g in weight. It's a great progress after the "retirement" of Xperia Tablet S. Just like Xperia Z smartphone, this tablet is waterproof and dustproof as well.
